What is Sage Enterprise Intelligence?

Fully integrated to Sage X3, Sage Enterprise Intelligence (SEI) empowers users to analyse data in a self sufficient manner and eliminates the need for disparate tools and specialised skills.

SEI offers tools for data analysis, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. As well as integrations with Sage ERP software it can be connected to other data sources to provide a holistic view of business performance. What is the difference between Sage intelligence and Sage Enterprise intelligence?

Sage Intelligence is a useful tool for inputting your core financial and operational data into Excel, for reporting and analysis.

Sage Enterprise Intelligence is a more advanced and comprehensive BI platform. It provides an overall view of your entire business. It does this by integrating data from various sources. The benefits include; greater flexibility, enhanced collaboration features and analytical options, digital accessibility. 

Is Sage Enterprise Intelligence web-based?

Yes, Sage Enterprise Intelligence has a primary web-based interface. It provides users access from mobiles, tablets, desktop and smartphone devices. Moreover, it has an Excel add-in, so you have the flexibility of working within the familiar Excel environment, but also having the skills and tools of SEI.

Can Sage Enterprise Intelligence connect to data sources other than Sage ERP?

Yes, using various data connectors, SEI can connect to and consolidate data from multiple sources. Which includes; business applications like; SQL Server, spreadsheets (e.g., Excel), CRM systems.
