How much does Sage 200 cost?
Sage 200 costs are dependent on which version you need, how many users you choose and if any additional modules, training and support are required. There are two versions of Sage 200 available:
- Sage 200 Standard is a powerful yet easy-to-use solution and is fully cloud-based. It features core financials and commercials that will satisfy the needs of many businesses.
- An ideal solution for growing businesses that need a more enhanced accounting package is Sage 200 Professional. A modular business management solution that can be customised to fit your business needs, available on-premise or hosted in the cloud.
Sage 200 UK Pricing Guide
You need to consider the subscription type, how many user licences, the number of modules and other implementation costs, which we explain in further detail below. The costs are based on Sage’s software as a service (SaaS) subscription plan where fees are paid each month, however, the overall cost is based on an annual fee.

Price: £309 + VAT* per month
(based on 1 desktop user, 2 connected users and 999 companies).
Additional User (each):
Price: £51 + VAT* per month

Price: £132 + VAT* per month

Price: £120 + VAT* per month

Prices are for the software only and the modules as stated above. These costs are variable based on your company size and whether you opt for desktop or connected user licences. They are recurring monthly costs usually for a minimum of 12+ month contracts. Additional complementary solutions will be priced separately.

Implementation
A typical project will be broken down into phases from scoping your solution, building the software, training, testing, and go-live assistance. CPiO will also include project management time to help manage your project day to day. The implementation time is quoted in the number of days. Find out more.
