Sicon Manufacturing for Sage 200

Sicon Manufacturing is designed for businesses wanting to monitor, control and simplify their systems, by providing a single view of their data.

Sicon offers a set of additional modules for Sage 200, integrated with Stock, BOM, Sales and Purchase Order Processing.

It's simple, single level bill of materials module can be amended prior to building the finished product either for Stock or directly within the Sage 200.

What is a manufacturing ERP solution?

It is a system used to manage manufacturing processes. These systems are in place so that a manufacturing facility will always have enough stock for the manufacturing process.

The MRP tool adopts a clear and simple interface that blends nicely into the Sage 200 user interface, and it will make recommendations of when to make and buy products.

In 2019, CIM decided to develop their solution, and later on, Sage announced that their Manufacturing components would be removed.

Cim200 introduced their Manufacturing module in November 2021, and Sage 200 Manufacturing is covered by Extended Support.

What other functionality is available as add-ons to Sage 200 for manufacturing?

The Datalinx Warehouse Manager can be used delivers key warehousing functionality. It allows the operatives in the warehouse to be wirelessly connected to Sage via dedicated Warehouse Manager screens and utilise the latest mobile devices within their site environment.
