CoPilot Close Assistant (Early Adopter)
Enhance visibility and navigation for month-end close. Monitor transactions, manage bank reconciliations, and track close status with ease. Monitor unposted transactions in AP, AR, and GL, manage bank reconciliations in Cash Management, and track subledger and GL close status.
AP Automation with Purchasing
Supercharge your purchasing process with AI-powered AP automation. Upload or email vendor invoices, and Sage Intacct automatically creates them in purchasing. AI-powered matching ensures faster, more accurate processing by matching documents to purchase orders. Enjoy end-to-end connectivity and a unified view of purchasing and payables.
Funds Transfer Currency Enhancements (Early Adopter)
Transfer up to three unique currencies directly on the Funds Transfer Page, eliminating the need for multiple journal entries. Sage Intacct automatically calculates exchange rates, ensuring accuracy and auditability. Simplify data entry and reduce manual effort.
Sage Fixed Asset Management
Easily transfer assets between departments, projects, or locations with accurate accounting treatment. A transfer history tab provides full visibility into ownership changes.
Enhanced PO Approval Delegation
Streamline purchase order approvals with flexible delegation options. User groups can be selected as delegates, and even restricted users can participate. Expanded workflows are designed to scale with your organisation’s growing purchasing needs.
Taxes
Tax Submission Extended to Custom VAT
Generate tax submissions to track transactions included in external tax filings. Associate transactions with specific submissions and mark them as filed. Custom VAT users can initiate tax submissions for any tax solution, improving tracking and reporting.
New Custom Tax Box Reporting (Early Adopter)
Define rules for populating VAT returns for any country. This is especially useful for Custom VAT users. Contact your CPiO account manager if you're interested custom fields for compliance objects.
