Adam Maczka joins with over 30 years of ERP consultancy experience working with Sage 500 and 1000, also SAP Business One. He will be assisting the Support team for a short period and will then progress into the consulting team.

Here at CPiO we always look to bring in new talent, in order to provide us with a wider variety of skills and a larger bank of ideas in terms of what we do around the company. Over the past month we’ve introduced three aspiring, young people to our team.
The first being Jack Layton who has joined us as a trainee support consultant. He will work closely with the support team to provide support across a variety of ERP software and accompanying applications. Jack will be tasked with assessing, prioritising and escalating issues following set guidelines. He will follow a training plan which has been designed to increase his skills sourced both internally and externally. Jack’s role can lead him into specialisation within many areas of the Sage software. Jack stated, “Although I’ve only been here for a few weeks, I already feel like I can talk to anyone about any problems I might encounter. The team bond within support is unlike anything I’ve experienced in a professional environment before, everybody bands together when the going gets tough. I’m looking forward to being here for hopefully a long time to come.”
The next person to join our team is Ethan Smart, who is currently doing his digital marketing apprenticeship. He will be working towards his Level 3 in digital marketing over the next 15 months. Ethan joined us just two weeks after finishing his GCSEs but was eager and excited to start. Throughout his time, Ethan will be supported by our team of expert marketers who look to teach him everything he needs to know and help him whenever he needs it. He will have both on and off the job learning. However his job will primarily consist of; designing banners and templates for our campaigns, closely working with google ads and analytics and finally our social media posts and activity.
Finally, our last recruit is Maxwell Garbett who has joined us as a technical support consultant apprentice. Over the next 15 – 18 months, Max will be undertaking his level 3 apprenticeship to the infrastructure technician standard. Max will have both on the job and off the job learning, similar to Ethan. Prior to joining CPiO, Max worked at Pinewood Technologies as a service technician. He worked primarily on the help desk and worked on remote servers. At CPiO, Max’s job will involve logging of calls, processing and administering tickets within our system and 1st line triage for technical tickets.
We hope to continue with our recruiting as we look to strengthen our team further across all the departments.
