Important information for Sage 200 2011 & 2013 R1 & R2 users

Each autumn a version of Sage 200 reaches it’s end of support journey and a new version enters extended support, this is standard industry practice for technology companies. We believe that using the latest software is the best way for you to run your business effectively, moving forwards.
Sage 200 2013 – Enters extended support on 1st November 2017
Sage 200 2013 R1 & R2 enters extended support on 1st November 2017, with all support ceasing on 31st October 2018. Full details of the change of service is outlined within the Sage resource centre.
Extension of End of Support of Sage 200 Extra 2011 (Support Limitations)
In June 2017 we notified you that we will be extending the support date for Sage 200 Extra 2011 to 30th April 2018. This represents a 6 month extension to the current date of 31st October 2017.
This final phase of support starts on 1st November 2017 with the following support limitations;
- No telephone support will be provided, support enquiries need to be logged via Incident Management
- No support will be provided for Sage 200 CRM versions connected with Sage 200 Extra 2011
- Legislation updates will not be provided for this version
- Escalations and Hotfix request will not be considered for this version
- No Developer Support
